I'm Toby LaVigne - a seasoned executive leader and strategic mentor with over 30 years of experience building and transforming businesses. As an experienced business owner, founder, executive coach, 25+ year member of YPO, my passion and specialty is developing exceptional young talent to become pivotal top team members. My journey began in industrial work, where my 15-year career took me from commercial fishing deckhand to captain. This experience afforded me to meet a mentor who guided me and led me to the heart of traditional manufacturing. I acquired a small manufacturing business, grew it into a thriving enterprise, and sold it to a competitor. This early experience led me to my next venture - founding HubCast, a global print-on-demand network spanning 139 locations that was acquired by a publicly traded company, Mimeo. These experiences fueled my passion for effective leadership, industrial careers, and developing young talent, inspiring me to help Industrial business owners improve their workforce as well as develop exceptional young professionals to become key executives in the future. I’ve invested many years into optimizing workforce talent through a proven leadership system, leading me to serve on several boards, write 4 books on this topic, and speak at multiple global events. I believe that true leadership is not about individual talent but about building a culture that fosters gets big stuff done and loves their work. My approach centers on transforming complexity into clarity by aligning leadership, strategy, team, and systems, ensuring every decision fits your strategy while remaining deeply human. Outside of work, I’m a passionate outdoorsman living on my ranch in Wyoming.
