When I was younger, I wanted to be a Leader to help solve the injustices of the world. Today I am a person that operates with the highest of integrity, using fairness and reasonableness to navigate and traverse the competitive world of business life. I am someone who believes that economic prosperity is best measured when there is balance with the social fabric of how we live with the environment in which we live. A Strategic thinker, my key strength is vision - I understand not just what is, but what more is possible, and the path to achievement. I am an effective leader with a demonstrated ability to understand future business landscapes that can enable business change, adapt, motivate & inspire people to deliver real value to a business. With over 25 years commercial accounting experience, 18 years of which in management, I am a senior finance and commercial leader, a difference-maker in helping define company strategy to deliver competitive advantage. I provide thought leadership, drive organizational growth and deliver company-wide resource optimization. I am passionate about people and their relationship with work. I have an in-depth understanding of high level finance & taxation, an acute commercial acumen, with a proven track record of people & culture development and change management across multiple industry sectors in IT, Tourism/Travel, Retail, Telco, Media, Government & Health in Australia and abroad.
