About Tom Grace

Currently project managing fundraising campaigns and events for Ireland’s leading hospital foundation and working on strategic development of new initiatives. Detail oriented marketing operations professional who thrives on driving and delivering supporter/customer engagement across a variety of channels and touchpoints. Having spent over 15 years in Marketing, I’ve managed the Foundation's digital channels and developed impactful, high quality content to engage new supporters and improve retention levels. Prior to that, I was responsible for managing all communications and marketing operational support for The Insurance Institute's 'Business As Usual (BAU)' project activities. In addition I worked for over 10 years in the recruitment industry, sourcing and matching professionals with client companies for both contract and permanent roles across a variety of disciplines. I completed a Diploma in Marketing through NUI, Galway in 2022 with a view to challenging my understanding of the principles and practice of marketing and keeping my knowledge current.
