My experience led me to Halftime - a place combining my passions: serving businesses and ministries. I have 20 years of experience with Halftime and partnered with them to develop a new global strategy. After that process, I felt called to execute it and am now the Co-CEO of the Halftime Institute - a position I cherish. Halftime helps leaders of influence get clear, get free, and get going around the world following the path of their true calling. Through Halftime, I have personally experienced the joy of creating a future so compelling that I can’t not do it. My three biggest professional accomplishments include: Creating my own company to serve both businesses and ministries. Developing processes for collaboration to help businesses. Leading Halftime with my esteemed colleagues and mentors. I’m a strategic executive professional with over 30 years in highly visible leadership roles.I have a consistent track record of exceeding expectations through strategic global strategy that grows and strengthens sustainable organizational success worldwide.
