About Tom Oliver

I believe organizations succeed when they have the right leaders, a culture aligned with strategy, and the ability to adapt. With a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, I’ve spent 12+ years working as an executive advisor, helping organizations do just that: shaping leadership, culture, and workforce strategy to drive real, measurable impact. At LHH, I partner with C-suite and senior HR leaders on critical talent decisions: succession, executive selection, leadership development, and culture change. I’ve led proposals, expanded accounts, and advised leaders on key decisions that balance business performance with people. I love digging into data to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies. In my spare time, I'm an experienced novice runner and backcountry camper. Basically, I make time to be outside in all seasons, and I usually have an ache, bruise,(and yes) a scar or two to show for more efforts. I'm passionate about building the next generation of leaders.
