About Tom Reimer

For over 35 years, TEC Canada has brought together successful CEOs, executives and business leaders in private advisory and peer mentoring groups. Each group is purpose-built for members who help each other improve the performance and outcomes of their businesses. In our groups, leaders meet to solve problems, evaluate opportunities and work on an assortment of strategic, tactical and operational issues. With more than members around the world, TEC members represent a huge range of industries and a variety of backgrounds. As a former professional athlete, I have learned the value of teamwork, competition, excellence, leadership and preparation and I bring those experiences and qualities to my everyday work as a TEC Chair. In addition to building my own practice management firm, I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to contribute to the success of outstanding world-class organizations. I am dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of Canadian chief executives and business leaders. My personal motto is "Believe and you will be believed.
