About Tom Stephens
I am currently studying Geology BSc at the University of St Andrews I am interested in geology and chemistry. Looking to do a degree in geology or geoscience. I really enjoy the outdoors and team sport. I have represented Cornwall u16s at rugby and play cricket every summer. I have no real industry experience yet, besides a week's work experience and I am keen to get more. I work a summer job at a local beach cafe, so have plenty of time to get in the sea. I particularly enjoy skiing and paddling through some of the interesting nooks and crannies of the Cornish coastline. Despite being from a coastal area, I have always been fascinated by mountains and volcanoes, which has been cultivated by walking holidays to the Alps, Lake District and Peru.
