Predominant experience in financial services (banking, consumer finance, BNPL, PDL, online lending) in the EU, CIS, NA, ME, and SEA regions focusing on Credit Risk, Customer Value Management, and Operations topics. Stronger overreach to telecommunications, and very slight to manufacturing. In consulting, I gradually progressed from Associate to Senior Expert, Engagement Manager, and then to a newly established position of Competency Leadership in banking, leading teams in Credit Risk, Customer Value Management, and Operations. My expertise stems from numerous implementation projects, where, alongside our clients, we implemented improvements in governance and operations. After earning an MBA in 2013, the focus shifted to improvements in managerial functions, including goal setting, people management and motivation, efficiency monitoring, Lean Six Sigma, organizational processes and structures, resource management, and control. Before becoming a consultant, I started my career as an IT/ICS employee and manager in Saint Louis. I've managed a network of approximately users with broadband Internet access, VoIP access, and cable TV. Moreover, as an "IT guy," I've managed equipment, servers (including small ICS development, web coding, database administration, maintenance ticketing systems, and communication – email servers, mobile phones, as well as maintenance of ERP systems Yardi and SharePoint for file sharing, along with all related hardware) of companies in Saint Louis.
