About Tony Hyde

An experienced leader, manager and team builder who joined East West Partners in 1990 after working for the accounting and consulting firm Laventhol & Horwath. As Chief Operations Officer is responsible for all operations of the company and related properties. In addition to these duties, Tony also provides consulting services to owners, developers, and boards of directors of golf courses, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, and other various types of hospitality operations. Over the years, has managed and consulted for regional and national development companies and owners of community and amenity development and operations in a wide variety of hospitality operations, including private clubs, daily fee golf courses, lodging facilities, equestrian facilities, marinas, and community amenities such as family-oriented swim and tennis facilities. Served as General Manager for the Old North State Club, Ballantyne Country Club as well as managing multiple upscale private golf clubs throughout the United States. Prior to joining the East West Partners, was an associate with the accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath in Minneapolis and Charlotte. Assisted numerous real estate developers and owners of clubs, hotels, restaurants, and conference centers performing market research and analysis, preparing forecasts of financial performance, market studies, project feasibility analysis, and evaluations of internal control and management systems.
