About Tony Mallette

As the Dean of the Faculty of Health, Community Studies, and Public Safety at Fanshawe College, I oversee the academic and operational excellence of more than 30 programs that prepare students for rewarding careers in diverse and dynamic sectors. With over 19 years of experience in post-secondary education and health sciences, I am passionate about enhancing the learning outcomes and employability of our graduates through innovative program delivery, simulation, accreditation, and academic quality. I also served as a member of the Board of Directors and the Strategic Redevelopment Committee at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), where I contributed to the governance and vision of one of Canada's largest acute-care teaching hospitals. With a Master's degree in Adult Education and strong research skills, I am committed to advancing the knowledge and practice of health and community education, both within and beyond the classroom. I am proud to lead a team of dedicated and talented faculty and staff who share my vision of creating positive change in our society through education.
