About Tonya Benefield

My experience working with diverse student populations and experience, and as leader in curriculum development will make me the ideal candidate. My experience and skills are the ideal match for several positions. I bring knowledge of how to build research-based professional learning practices, and high-quality curriculum in early childhood literacy, to ensure all students have a solid foundation in literacy. In my current role, I am the lead between leadership and other teachers, and I have experience managing communication and data collection between both groups. I am also tech savvy and able to manage partnerships, communications, and can lead virtual meetings, and presentations. In my earlier years, I ran a preschool where I gained considerable experience in training and coaching other staff.
