Before transitioning into operations, I spent time as an elementary school teacher, where I honed my ability to communicate effectively, adapt to challenges, and create engaging solutions tailored to diverse needs. I’m passionate about creating systems that empower teams and align with organizational goals. Whether coordinating large-scale initiatives, implementing new tools, or fostering a positive team culture, I’m committed to driving meaningful impact. Outside of work, I’m all about staying active and having fun! I love dancing and finding creative ways to express myself, whether it’s through movement or something else. Traveling is one of my greatest joys—I’m always up for an adventure and discovering new places. When I’m home, you’ll find me either in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or tending to my garden. And, of course, spending time with my pup, Kevin, is always a highlight of my day.
