About Tracey Batenburg

As a Corporate Director at the South Australian Business Chamber, I lead the strategic development and execution of account growth and retention initiatives for the independent, representative voice of employers and business owners in South Australia. With over 15 years of experience in sales leadership and business development across multiple industries, I am passionate about creating a stronger South Australia by supporting the business community and helping businesses to grow. I bring extensive expertise in business-to-business (B2B) sales, international business development, sales operations, and account management, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Communication Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. In my previous roles, I have successfully partnered with senior internal and external stakeholders to create innovative solutions, coached and mentored sales teams to exceed targets, secured and expanded multimillion-dollar contracts, and delivered exceptional results. I am always looking for new opportunities to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the success of the SA business community.
