Tracy holds an MBA (Major in Human Resources, University of Notre Dame), a Diploma of Business (University Notre Dame) and a Certificate 3 in Human Resources (University of Notre Dame). These educational qualifications combined with Tracy’s 28 + years of entrepreneurial & managerial skills ensures Tracy’s sound knowledge of business operations combined with understanding the importance of having well established processes and Human Resource frameworks. Tracy’s primary focus throughout is people and ensuring their ability to support successful business outcomes.
