With two decades of experience designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, I specialize in programs that engage creative minds, nurture leadership potential, and build strong communities. My career spans the cultural, creative, and corporate sectors where I’ve led audience engagement, public programming, and professional development initiatives that prioritize depth, inclusion, and innovation. As the founder of Wavemaker Coaching, I’ve spent the past several years building a leadership coaching practice that helps ambitious creative leaders navigate growth, purpose, and change. I’ve worked with clients and teams from Squarespace, Lyft, NYCEDC, Walker Art Center, MKG, Pollinator and Google, blending coaching, experiential design, and facilitation to create sustainable development pathways. As the host of the Hidden Parts podcast, I demonstrate just one of the methodologies I use to help individuals evolve and develop. Featured in Apple’s New & Noteworthy and charting in the top 30 mental health podcasts with over downloads in the first three months of airing, Hidden Parts is a mix of stories, coaching sessions and a mini-workshop aiming to help listeners decode their inner voices so they may courageously reach their goals.
