About Tracy Valerio

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health, leadership, employee training, and customer service. My mission is to help clients overcome their personal and professional challenges, improve their well-being, and achieve their goals. Currently, I provide online therapy and coaching services to individuals, couples and families through Path and BetterHelp, two leading platforms for accessible and affordable mental health care. I utilize evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, to address a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and career transitions. I also leverage my skills in sales, marketing, and networking to grow my own private practice and connect with potential clients.
