About Tracy Vilanova

Hey there, great to see you here! I’ve always loved connecting with people and exploring the world, no surprise I chose to study Tourism and Hospitality. I was driven by my curiosity for different cultures and my love of communication. But life had other (amazing) plans. When I moved to the Netherlands, I had to reinvent myself. That’s when I discovered Talent Acquisition, and it immediately felt like home. Helping people find the right opportunities, supporting their growth, and guiding them in their careers — it brings together everything I love:) For over 10 years now, I’ve been working at the intersection of people. Now at Lepaya, I help our team and clients to create environments where people want to be hired, stay, develop, and do their best work. And this excites me the most! Driven by this passion, outside of work, I founded “Brasileiras na Holanda,” a community that has connected over 200 Brazilian women living in the Netherlands through events, conversations, and shared experiences. And yes, all of this is usually powered by a fresh ginger tea and an unapologetically big smile. For me, it’s not just about where you’re going, it’s about how you get there, and who’s with you on the journey.
