Mitigated joint employment risk for Amazon.com/subsidiaries by deploying tenure standard across 47 countries for temporary workers. Implemented tenure standard across 40+ countries for temporary contingent workers to ensure mitigating co-employment risk and adherence to policy. Accomplished zero litigation by collating and scoring 35 new country assessments for Amazon's compliance medical check program.
