About Trevor Hubert

I am an International Coaching Federation and Gallup Certified Coach, Certified Talent Development and Human Resources Professional and Founder of Elevate Strengths. I provide talent development, team building and career transition services with compassion and a strengths-orientation. My clients appreciate my enthusiastic and engaging approach to training, coaching and consulting. I enjoy working collaboratively with leaders to create and deliver interactive and insightful team learning experiences that improve team collaboration and engagement. I do this by drawing on Gallup’s world-renowned workplace engagement research and best practices along with my 25 years of talent development and team leadership experience. I also work with and coach individuals to help them see meaningful connections between their talents and strengths, discover their professional brand and answer the question ‘What makes me unique?’. I have helped over 1,500 people discover their unique talents and strengths across several organizations over the past 20 years as a talents and strengths coach. At the end of the day, my mission as a talent development professional and coach is to help my clients create more 'personal best' moments at work.
