About Tricia Stanley

As Director of Alumni Relations at Landmark College, I have the privilege of working with an inspiring community of neurodiverse individuals—from recent graduates to lifelong learners. My passion lies in helping alumni feel connected, empowered, and proud of their journey long after they leave campus. With over a decade of experience in higher education advancement, I specialize in alumni engagement, event strategy, and inclusive community building. I’m especially proud to serve a population of students and alumni who think differently, learn differently, and lead with resilience. A core focus of my work is career readiness—helping alumni navigate life after college by creating access to networks, mentorship opportunities, and professional development resources. From launching virtual career workshops to organizing national alumni gatherings, I strive to meet alumni where they are and provide meaningful ways for them to stay connected and grow. Whether I’m coordinating our 40th Anniversary celebrations, building out alumni programming, or collaborating with faculty and staff to support transitions into the workforce, my goal is simple: to champion our alumni and ensure they feel supported for life. Always happy to connect with fellow professionals in higher ed, alumni engagement, or those passionate about neurodiversity and career development
