I am an extremely capable, hands on and highly driven Senior Project Manager who has delivered Projects using a variety of methodologies including Waterfall/PRINCE 2, Agile and SCRUM frameworks. I possess extensive knowledge of working within a Digital E-commerce and HR transformation programme. My current role at MAG included Technical implementation of the HR Transformation Programme which included system change across MAG SAP (S4/HANA)- Success Factors; Active Directory, Service Now; New Intranet Web site and Attendance Management application. Additional experience in project management includes delivery, environment management and change and release with over 30 years’ client facing experience. I am adept in establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders, managing the full project lifecycle to ensure the achievement of milestones within deadline and budget. I possess excellent knowledge of the application of Service Management processes, in particular Change and Release Management for which I hold the relevant professional qualifications; ITIL Foundation Version 3 and ITIL Release Control and Validation.
