People. Processes. Plans. A successful organization needs all three to run smoothly – but when the people, processes, and plans don’t work together, the organization doesn’t run smoothly. It stalls. With a background in data analytics and project management, as well as more recent experience in business management and sales, I have dedicated the last 7 years of my career to creating streamlined and successful business environments supported by engaged people, effective processes, and exact plans. People – I am a firm believer that a business is only as strong as its employees. At the foundation of my leadership style is the importance of training, supporting, and valuing my employees – and showing them that they are valued. I have often leveraged my relational leadership style to resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and unite staff in the support of organizational goals. Processes – I am not a fan of chaos! Streamlined, time-tested processes make everyone happy – employees, customers, and other stakeholders. I believe that if it’s not broken, don’t fix it. But if it is broken, fix it fast! Often, problems have their roots in processes that don’t work well. By fixing the process, we fix everything that process touches. Plans – Organizations are designed to grow! Strategic plans make that happen. By crunching the numbers, focusing on organizational values, and identifying opportunities. I design strategic plans that allow organizations to make progress toward short and long-term goals. I am always looking forward to meeting like-minded people.
