About Trisha Prpich
Trisha Prpich has worked at Monash University for more than twenty-five years, commencing in 1988 as Assistant manager of the Halls of Residence before being promoted to Manager in 1994. She continued as Manager in though in a significantly expanded role, when Monash Residential Services [MRS] was formed to take on the management of all university owned and operated on-campus residential facilities across all campuses. Of particular note during 2002, Trisha received a Monash University Vice-Chancellor's Award for Exceptional Performance by General Staff. in 2013, under Trisha's direction, MRS was awarded the 2013 Vice-Chancellor's Award for Exceptional Contribution to OHS for the mental health aware and supportive workplace created by MRS, which looks to support staff who are exposed to stressful contact with students experiencing a mental health illness. Trisha also contributes to the wider university community through her role as a nominated Discrimination and Harassment Advisor and a LGBTIQ Ally.
