With over 25 years of global experience in multi-faceted operations and senior business leadership, I bring a deep and diverse background spanning hospitality, luxury health and wellness, and large-scale events. My career has taken me across Australia, Canada, London, and New York - leading everything from high-volume event operations, hotels, bars and restaurants, and stadiums, to intimate private functions in palaces and UHNW residences, pop-ups, and elite health clubs. Currently, I lead E by Equinox St. James’s, one of only two ultra-luxury standalone E clubs globally, following my role overseeing Equinox’s flagship UK location. Prior to this, I’ve successfully mobilised new openings and managed teams across some of the luxury hospitality industry’s most dynamic and private venues. My strength lies in strategic operational leadership - driving financial performance, enhancing team culture, and delivering exceptional service experiences. I’m known for my ability to seamlessly lead cross-functional teams, adapt across diverse industries, and consistently exceed expectations. Detail-oriented and results-driven, I’ve had the privilege of working with distinguished clientele including members of the Royal Family, professional athletes, A-listers, and global HNWIs - always with discretion, precision, and excellence at the core.
