Troy Grace is a Manager within the Learning and Development team supporting the Verizon Enterprise Solutions International team, since May 2009. Troy is passionate about working closely with business leaders to co-create and execute innovative growth strategies that transform their teams and the customer experience. His current responsibilities include: •L&D lead for Client Engagement in APAC across the V-Team to identify needs and translate into compelling learning solutions •Performance Consulting /Advisory role working collaboratively with leaders to recommend learning solutions to drive behaviour change that lead to improved business results •Facilitation of Global L&D Sales & Service programs using adult learning strategies to tailor messaging to the audience while maintaining learning outcomes •Provide targeted, actionable feedback and Coaching to leaders to help drive performance Troy has over 24 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management and Learning & Development across 3 multinational companies, Coca-Cola, Nestle and now Verizon. He has delivered training and workshops in more than 10 countries across APAC, Europe, and Americas. Career highlights include leading the development of Sales Methodology and Customer Success Programs, leading the development and rollout of a Global Sales Manager Development Program, leading High Impact Teams cross functionally to solve those wicked problems impacting performance and leading the way by leveraging the latest tools and technology to drive great learning experiences. Troy is a graduate of University of Western Sydney, holds a Bachelor of Business with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.
