I lead a diverse and talented team spanning Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Together, we are defying the limits of our brand’s reach and maximizing the financial robustness of the organization—all the while exemplifying a viable model to emulate for a more sustainable future. Highlights of my career prior to joining Divine Chocolate include: Catapulting the Godiva brand head-on into the mass market—challenging the limitations of the high-end retail model and delivering $50M+ in revenue. Launching the Ghirardelli Chocolate brand within the NYC market—matching the flagship Bay Area distribution in just 8 months—and then obliterating all targets with travel retail and nationally impactful deals. My formula for pushing it over the goal line includes: Creating sensible growth strategies that are aligned with internal and external customers’ needs and capabilities; Staying focused and nimble while executing; Leading by example with a transparent approach that leans heavily on the data.
