About Tuan do

As a multilingual global HR executive with over 30 years of experience across Asia, Europe, and North America, I specialize in aligning human capital strategies with organizational missions in complex, multicultural environments. I bring a unique blend of expertise in strategic HR leadership, ethics and compliance, workforce planning, and organizational transformation—most recently leading HR operations for the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) at the International Organization for Migration (IOM). My work has spanned humanitarian operations, ethics training for staff, and the successful recruitment of personnel in a single year. I thrive in mission-driven organizations where integrity, agility, and impact matter. In addition to my professional career, I am also a part-time fitness instructor internationally certified by Les Mills International. This role allows me to share my passion for health and wellness, motivate others to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a balanced lifestyle. It has further honed my leadership and coaching skills, which I bring to my HR role. Fluent in English, Japanese (JLPT N2), Vietnamese, French, and Spanish, I bridge cultures and build trust across borders. I’m now seeking senior leadership opportunities where I can continue to drive ethical, people-centered change in global organizations.
