About Tunish Singh

From transforming discarded items into practical crafts at a young age to thriving in the dynamic landscape of global e-commerce at Amazon, I've cultivated a unique blend of creativity, resourcefulness, and operational insights. In my 4+ years at Amazon, I progressed from a Level 2 associate to a Level 3 Senior Resolution Specialist, eventually becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Vendor Contact Management (VCM). In this critical role, I collaborated with vendors, managing catalogues, inventory, shipping, and data crucial to e-commerce operations. For a brief but impactful period, I had the opportunity to contribute as a Quality Analyst for Last Mile Transportation Operations Center (LMTOC), as part of a pilot project. Got my hands-on to configuring Geo-logistics for transport and deliveries, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Amidst the challenges of the COVID pandemic, I honed essential survival skills, emphasizing hygiene, self-care, and work-life balance.Transitioning to the HR industry, I served as an HRC (Human Resources Coordinator) at Wipro for Google, contributing to HRIS shared services, employee benefits, pension, and payroll. While my recent foundation was in HR shared services & employee benefits, my passion extends beyond a specific industry. I thrive in client services, operational support, benefits administration and customer assistance, seeking opportunities to bring my diverse skill set to new challenges.Let's connect and explore possibilities!
