Background
About Turner Goa
As an Office Assistant at Lincoln Parks and Recreation, I support the daily operations and customer service of the department, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints from the public and staff. I also manage the database and records of the parks and facilities, using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency. I have a master's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Kent State University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in planning, organizing, and evaluating recreational programs and services. I also worked as a Coordinator for Sports Programs at Appalachian State University, where I oversaw the intramural and club sports activities, and as an Intramural Graduate Assistant at Kent State University, where I led a team of 15 student employees and volunteers. I am passionate about promoting health, wellness, and community engagement through recreation and sports.
