Over 27 yrs of Corporate experience, as Transformation, Technology and Governance Professional, held several responsible positions including Group HR-CoE Head, Group Strategic Program Governance Lead- Business Process Transformation, Change Management Head, Global Delivery Centre Head (S&T), Organization and People Consulting Partner (AP) and Management Consultant in Transport Industry Practice. Being member of senior leadership teams, worked with CEOs/APEX bodies to identify strategic priorities, define transformation agenda, budgets, delivery frameworks, partnerships, and to provide governance oversight. Collectively, the above experience has helped me contribute towards meeting business and organization objectives by designing and rolling out transformational interventions covering Operation Model, Process, Technology and People dimensions. Most of my work has been in the infrastructure sector and with varied kinds of enterprise including MNC, Indian Business group, Public Enterprise, Government Agencies and Multi-lateral institutes like World Bank and ADB. As member Group HR leadership team, managed several strategic priorities within HR function, including digitalisation, process simplification, functional performance reviews and budget management. Highlights to reflect nature of work done:(1) Design and roll-out of HR transformation and Digitalisation Program at Adani Group level covering all businesses and full spectrum of HR function, encompassing Operating model, policies, process, technology and people dimensions.(2) Design of HR Governance Framework and roll-out across Businesses 3) Manage and Govern Large Scale Strategic Business Process Transformations BPT Programs in Ports and Power Businesses in Adani (4) Redesign Group Corporate Services Operating Model and capacity planning across levels (5) Create framework, capabilities and roll-out of Change Management and Value Realization as Global People and Change Head - IBM (5) Managed IBM Global Delivery Strategy and Change Consulting Business Unit for growth, resource utilization and cost recovery - NCR unit (7) Facilitated setting up of large off-shore delivery team within GIobal Delivery Centre (IBM) for global clients (8) Led Value creation and door-opening strategies unit for global businesses with IBM (9) Business Development including participation in International Bids and selling to Domestic clients with TCS (10) Thought Leader: Co-authored book on Digital Transformation, US patent in the field virtual team effectiveness, and several offerings development.
