About Tyler Eichelberger

I’m a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where I served six years on active duty with three combat deployments to Iraq. I continue to utilize the standards and leadership techniques I learned as a Marine to foster a results driven, forward thinking, team environment. IT Infrastructure management doesn’t have to be complicated. As Lead Operations Technician, my focus is on leading and mentoring a well rounded team of IT and facilities infrastructure professionals. Project/Client implementations are a major focus individually, as I act as a liaison for our project management team. Our team focuses on physical layer troubleshooting, backup/recovery management, hardware management, as well as ensuring the proper performance and maintenance of power and cooling systems within the facility.
