I started my career as a Courtesy Clerk for Raley’s right after turning Sixteen. Bagging groceries, gathering Carts, cleaning, etc… When COVID-19 found it’s way to Sacramento, I was one of five Courtesy Clerks that stayed, working over 58 hour weeks, and multiple 12 hour shifts. Sanitizing Carts, and frequently used areas. About two months after I turned eighteen, I applied to work in the Customer Service Office, successfully getting the promotion. I now work with U.S.P.S. Services, Lotto Services, Connect card services, and all customer service needs. In January of 2022 I began a Special Assignment working as a Customer Service Agent, at our Corporate Service center. working with customers and employees via; Email, Letter, Social Media, and Phone.
