About Usman Shamahil

Having finished my academic education in 2018, I began to work for Achievers Lanka Business school as an intern. I had been tasked with creating press releases, managing student databases and even attracting potential students to the school. Being a passionate learner I decided to step up into management accounting. I worked for Ernst and Young shortly after where I had the honour for working for an array of successful companies in Sri Lanka like Chevron, DIMO, FPA and even Micro Constructions. Thanks to this oppurtunities I was able to garner new skills whilst strengthening my existing ones. I was responsible for analysing company controls, procedures and even perform budget and report analysis as well. After quiet the spell, I moved onto legal services, where I now begin my legal journey as a legal intern for the Colombo Port city Economic commission. What I bring to the table is hard work, resilience and an undying passion for learning. This is my professional Journey so far.
