As the Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC, I am responsible for leading the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of highly qualified and motivated managers across our 43 locations. With over fourteen years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have developed a strong passion for helping people achieve their personal and professional goals through fitness and wellness. My core competencies include sales, marketing, coaching, advertising, and fitness training, which I leverage to attract, engage, and empower our diverse and talented workforce. I also use my skills in marketing communications, social networking, and customer relationship management to build and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, employees, managers, and vendors.
