I'm a confident person, competent and enthusiastic. a highly motivated person who will greet someone always with a hearty smile. I’m currently looking to make a comeback in the Hospitality Industry. I have been involved in the same for over a good 7 years, starting as a freelance bartender before learning the ins and outs of working behind a professional bar of a luxury lifestyle club, to all the way up to overseeing operations in a specific region while working with a homestay company, from handling retail sales of a restaurant, to my current position of business development executive. While I have a personal interest in fine quality food and beverage service, my professional interest lies in the same as a business as well. I have a background in the hospitality industry and I understand the finances and the efforts of a Restaurant from my years spent working at all the levels on the designated teams. My approach to Restaurant operations starts with a focus on the clientele, to discover their needs and wants and turning the same into top quality of service and helping in the maximization of profits through their satisfaction. I have a good amount of knowledge regarding promotions and suggestive selling of products, services through verbal communication and social media. When it comes to people, I believe in creating a well knit community of young, like-minded achievers in our own consecutive work fields where we can help each other grow in future together. I believe in empowering people to take ownership of their positions and processes. I believe that effective communication is the key to not only leadership, but also quality teamwork. And I do my best to create a positive and a motivating environment that nurtures the entire team, the future leaders and high performers.
