Previously, as IT & D Director at Reckitt, I was instrumental in designing a new operational model for Global Integrations, which included team recruitment and strategy reviews. My achievements include eliminating cyber vulnerabilities on integration platforms and introducing self-serve solutions like Azure API Management.
