I am a seasoned healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, advanced practice provider (APP) leadership, and healthcare administration. My background spans clinical practice, academic medicine, and executive-level program development, with a proven record of driving operational excellence, workforce optimization, and quality improvement across diverse healthcare settings.I hold multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Health Sciences (A.T. Still University), a Master’s in Public Health (UCLA), and a Master’s in Health Professions Education (Western University of Health Sciences). In addition, I am an alumnus of the Orthopaedic Surgical Fellowship Program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and completed a Teaching Excellence Fellowship at UT Health San Antonio.As a recognized subject matter expert in APP postgraduate fellowship development, credentialing, and workforce utilization, I have authored 40+ peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and presented nationally on APP optimization, compliance, and clinical operations.
