As a Senior Associate Manager (DET-DPM) with 6.5 years of experience in Animal Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs, I have developed a strong foundation in ensuring the safety and compliance of animal health products. Throughout my career at Elanco Animal Health and Bayer Animal Health, I have managed numerous projects, consistently meeting regulatory standards while driving process improvements. A key accomplishment includes reviewing the product manual for “Credelio” and taking on the role of Product Responsible (PR). In addition to managing projects, I’ve mentored new associates, guiding them through Animal PV and Regulatory Affairs, and creating a learning-driven environment. I've also successfully mentored Brazil Affiliates on case processing and assessment, ensuring regulatory excellence and high-quality results. Beyond core responsibilities, I’ve fostered team engagement through "Learning through Gamification" sessions and provided valuable feedback during case reviews. As a Super Quality Checker (QC), I uphold the highest standards of quality in regulatory reporting. Additionally, I’ve reviewed reportability sheets for Japan authorities, further strengthening my expertise in cross-regional regulatory compliance. Recently, I completed my NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner Course and became a Certified NLP Practitioner, alongside receiving my Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. These certifications have enhanced my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, which I apply to optimize team collaboration and performance.
