I am a Change Management and Digital Transformation professional with over 6 years of experience leading large-scale technology initiatives that drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and enable agile service delivery.Currently serving as a Principal Change Management Engineer at Safaricom PLC, I lead strategic initiatives that transform how changes are planned, executed, and governed across the organization. From developing an in-house Change Management Portal and chatbot to automating repetitive tasks through RPA, I’ve consistently delivered solutions that increase efficiency and reduce demand on customer support.My work spans Agile change enablement, data-driven decision-making, IT service management, and cross-functional collaboration — all anchored in a strong understanding of customer needs. I’m particularly passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and ensuring that change processes support business continuity and innovation.Beyond the workplace, I am the Chapter Ambassador for Technovation Challenge Kenya, a global initiative that empowers girls aged 10–18 to become tech creators and problem solvers. Under my leadership, over 1,600 students have been mentored, and multiple teams have reached global recognition as finalists.I’m driven by a simple mission: To transform systems, uplift communities, and create impact through technology and leadership.
