About Vic Rigas

I worked for pacific coast producers for over 12 years. I started as a union worker driving a forklift and was promoted to logistics supervisor within 8 months of starting my position. I worked roughly 2-3 years in logistics learning our transfer procedures to and from our storage facilities to our DC. From there I took a position in our labeling department. I worked on our retail and food service departments for roughly a year until I was offered a reconditioning position running my own 2nd shift operation. I stayed in that position for roughly 6 years while also learning how to run the second shift operation in shipping and receiving. In March of 2019 I was offered a first shift position back in our labeling department. I’ve grown to love the fast paced atmosphere of production, but managing people and watching them grow is my passion. i am very hands on and will do whatever it takes to succeed in whatever position I am in!
