18.05.2023 - Update - Time for a change working in the private sector as a Business Support Coordinator for an Organisational Change Consultancy firm. Very excited! Having recently moved to Chiswick, London, I have decided to realign my career and consider working within the primary sector. As a teaching assistant I feel I can learn what I need about primary education at an outstanding school ranked 7th best in the UK. I hope to continue to progress as a leader and hopefully a headteacher one day! I have worked within an educational establishment for 17 years. In that time I have developed as a tutor and also as a co-ordinator. I was responsible for ensuring that College targets were met and supported where necessary if there is a problem. I was appointed to teach on the Initial Teacher Training programme at the University Centre at Blackburn College.
