About Vicky Cleary

Hi, I’m Vicky Cleary — a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Healthy Lifestyle Coach helping ambitious women rise in their careers without burning out. After 18 years in project leadership, I’ve seen it over and over: smart, capable women stuck in survival mode — pushing through exhaustion, second-guessing themselves, and losing momentum just when they’re ready for the next level. That’s why I created the Sustainable Success Framework™ — a proven method that blends strategic planning with nervous system-friendly coaching to help you lead with clarity, energy, and resilience. Through my free masterclass, group, and 1:1 experiences, I help you reset from the inside out so you can show up with presence, capacity, and confidence — consistently. Inside my coaching, you'll learn how to: – Regain energy and build habits that actually stick – Improve your focus, emotional agility, and boundaries – Show up with executive presence (without overworking) – Expand your capacity for visibility, leadership, and growth Whether you're leading a team or scaling your business, your well-being isn’t a side note — it’s your most strategic advantage.
