Have you ever wanted to make a real impact on the society?I am passionate about unlocking leadership potential for all members of society. In my role as Societal Impact Director Europe & Aftica my focus is on supporting NGOs, Humanitarian Organizations, Non for Profit Organizations & Foundations with Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Learning and Development and Culture transformation for their staff and beneficiaries of their programs. Partnering with organizations in developing transformative practices that requires a real-time, in-context developmental approach to emerge focusing on all stakeholders as they are working together in their environment, in real time. It is when they are working and interacting that the best collective learning can happen. Through transformative leadership practices (with their associated tools). We define these practices as different and new system-focused ways of leading (relating, conversing, co-creating, co-learning, and working) that ultimately transform the individual and collective mindsets, habits, behaviors, and modes of operating, which fastens the full transition towards sustainable impact. It's about igniting the spark that leads to personal and developmental journey. My mission is to provide people the experiences necessary for them to reach their potential and become a beacon of peace in our world. I thrive on connecting people and ideas, building relationships, and empowering individuals to be their best selves. Participants attending our programs & learning journeys leave with a deeper knowledge of their own strengths as well as leadership skills and frameworks. I have a deep proven commitment to fostering quality of life improvements across the socioeconomic spectrum. While growing up and working in South Africa I was profoundly touched by the great need that existed in my country among other things for greater leadership. I worked as a volunteer in many of the local townships and was in awe of the resiliency, creativity and energy many of the communities displayed in the mist of so much adversity.
