Bradley McDevitt is an ICF-certified, Jungian-based leadership development coach, team builder, and dynamic facilitator who brings over two decades of experience in creating transformative learning environments. As the founder of Carolina Commons Creative, he designs and delivers innovative leadership and team-building programs that integrate powerful, arts-based engagement with evidence-based assessments and engaging facilitation methods. Bradley was recently tapped to join the world-renowned leadership coaching team at the Center for Creative Leadership, who value exceptional talent in behavioral health support. His unique approach to leadership and team development emerged from an extensive background in professional theater, where he developed mastery in the art of presence, group dynamics, and emotional intelligence. This foundation, combined with his certifications in personality preference assessment and institutional EDI design, enables him to create psychologically safe spaces that foster meaningful development and sustainable change. Currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at Pacifica Graduate Institute, McDevitt facilitates graduate-level programs that blend depth psychology with practical leadership applications. His expertise in Jungian-based methodologies helps organizations develop inclusive leaders who can navigate complexity while maintaining authentic engagement.
