As a Commissioning Development Officer at Devon County Council and currently working for Southampton City CounciI to design, develop, and implement innovative and effective solutions to meet the diverse and complex needs of the population, working with a range of stakeholders, including the NHS, private providers, and service users./ 2 I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives, and to contribute to the strategic vision and values of the council. In my previous role as an Operations Manager for the NHS, I managed the delivery of domiciliary care services for adults, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards, and supporting the development and retention of skilled and valued staff. I have a wide range of transferable skills, including communication, planning, service delivery, business planning, and performance management. I am adaptable and seek new opportunities and challenges, which I believe this role will bring, as well as affording me the opportunity to further develop my skills.
