About Vicky Snook

As a passionate advocate for learning and development I understand the importance of creating learning environments where individuals can continuously develop to be their best. How do I help create this environment? Through speaking with people, through recognising that we are all different and as such have different learning needs. Most of all through respecting that each person is on their own learning journey, travelling at their own pace and in their own way. When we fundamentally believe that we are all equal, really equal, then we can begin to build personalised and flexible learning paths that will help us not only achieve individual and organisational goals, but exceed them. More about me: Possessing an Honours Degree in Applied Psychology I have also completed a foundation course in Counselling Skills and a Higher Diploma in Coaching/Coaching Psychology at U.C.C. With a QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Training Needs Analysis, Design & Delivery and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma I understand the needs of the individual, the organisation and the industry. My current role involves the development, design and delivery of virtual, blended and seminar based learning sessions. I actively promote continuous development and industry best practice (IITD) by acting as a learning consultant to the business. I look for opportunities to improve performance through collaborating with the business to identify training needs and sharing best practice with operational training departments.
