Key Achievements- Successfully led HR and student transformation initiatives focused on recruiting, supporting, and retaining underserved populations- Implemented talent management, ERP, and CRM solutions, which streamlined operations- Developed data strategy and governance initiatives with a human-centered approach.During my previous job, I experienced the effects of IT organizational restructuring, which prompted me to seek a break from organizational change saturation. This break allowed me to focus on family, personal, and professional growth and acquire new skills and perspectives to apply to future challenges.
