About Vicky Widlake

Hi! I'm Vicky, I am passionate about supporting our leaders to be their very best through integrative coaching. I am ICF trained and know that through coaching, we can unlock the potential in our leaders and our businesses. I am also a consultant with a specialism in organisational development and transformational change. I am results and quality driven with over a decade experience in HR, up to board level, in a wide range of sectors including financial services, education, health, third sector and manufacturing. Before working in HR, I worked in and ran my own business, so I understand what it takes to wear many hats as a business leader. I am passionate about helping businesses and people thrive and grow, creating innovative, bespoke, scalable and simple solutions to complex organisational problems. I love analysing and researching data to shape and build strategy, aligned to organisational goals and objectives, creating impactful and sustainable actions, frameworks, solutions and initiatives. Outside work I enjoy swimming, reading, dance, learning Swedish and volunteering as a mentor with HR Ninjas! I have taken on some ultra challenges and enjoy the determination and training needed to complete these micro adventures.
