About Victor Perri

Have been an active member in good standing of the Utah State Bar Assn since 1979 and of the Nevada State Bar Assn since 1983. I have specialized in employment, labor law, insurance, bankruptcy, employment discrimination, including claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, NLRA, FLSA, 42 USC 1983 and 1981. I have argued numerous cases on appeal to various courts including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Nevada Supreme Court and the Utah Supreme Court. I was admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1983 and before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1984.Specialties: Collective bargaining, contract negotiations, trial and appellate work.
