About Victor Reyes

I’m a QA leader with 10+ years in the games industry, focused on building scalable quality systems that accelerate delivery without sacrificing stability. My career began at the execution level and progressed through embedded IC roles, team leadership, and people management across multiple releases. I’ve led cross-discipline test strategy for seasonal live content, mentored/managed QA leaders, and driven area-level risk mitigation across concurrent release tracks.Currently, I design structured, risk-based validation models and templatized quality frameworks that improve execution clarity, reduce regression overhead, and support predictable milestone delivery. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of quality strategy and production alignment, ensuring QA is not just a gate at the end of development, but an operational system that improves velocity and decision-making throughout the lifecycle.I value clarity, accountability, and cross-team collaboration, and I’m motivated by building processes that make complex projects more manageable at scale.
